چکیده

Aim . To evaluate the mid-term outcomes of surgical myocardial revascularization in combination with coronary endarterectomy patients diffuse artery disease (CAD). Material and methods In this cohort, non-randomized, retrospective, longitudinal study, we compared CAD without CAD. The study group included 93 patients, while control — 99 patients. Mid-term mortality, morbidity, angiographic were assessed. Results mean follow-up period was 46,7±18,5 months. mortality 5,5% (n=5) 3,1% (n=3) isolated bypass grafting (CABG) (p=0,486). Angina recurrence noted 14,3% (n=13) 14,4% (n=14) cases CABG (p=0,977). Coronary stenting required 4,4% (n=4) 4,1% (p=1000) group. A stroke occurred 1 (1,1%) patient 3 (3,1%) (p=0,334). Graft patency anterior interventricular 90,9%, circumflex 100% right 80,4%. There no significant differences level between groups. Quality life did not differ significantly groups period. Conclusion is associated an increase morbidity period, accompanied by satisfactory rates. negative effect on quality

Short-term clinical outcomes and mortality of coronary endarterectomy in the right coronary artery: A single-center experience

Introduction: Coronary endarterectomy is not a perfect procedure. However, it is sometimes the only available alternative for cardiac surgeons in patients suffering from diffuse coronary artery disease. According to a large volume of studies, coronary endarterectomy results (such as survival, recurrence of the symptoms of myocardial ischemia, and graft patency) are not as satisfactory as standa...

Surgical Treatment in Diffuse Coronary Artery Disease

Diffuse coronary artery atherosclerosis can be defined as “consecutive or longitudinal” and “complete or partial” obstruction in coronary vessels. Most of the patients with dia‐ betes, hyperlipidemia, chronic renal insufficiency, connective tissue disease, and multistented coronary arteries have diffuse atherosclerotic lesions in the coronary territory. Viable large myocardium without necrosis ...

Mid-term follow-up outcomes of 2-staged hybrid coronary revascularization compared with off-pump coronary artery bypass for patients with multivessel coronary artery disease

INTRODUCTION Two-staged hybrid coronary revascularization (HCR) is a novel procedure in selected patients with multivessel coronary artery disease. However, few studies are available on the mid-term or long-term outcomes of this 2-staged procedure as compared to off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB). AIM To compare in-hospital and mid-term follow-up outcomes of 2-staged HCR with OPCAB in pa...
